
Teresa
S. Briggs, M.D., Ph.D.
Originally from Germany, Dr. Briggs received
her Ph.D in Molecular Biology and Pathology from Albany Medical College
in 1975. She also received her Medical Degree from Albany Medical College
in 1977. Dr. Briggs completed her Internship at the University Health
Center of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania and her Residency at the Albany
Medical Center Hospital in Albany, New York. She is Board Certified
in both Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. She is an Assistant
Clinical Professor in the Department of Medicine at Albany Medical
College, is an Attending in the Department of Medicine at Albany Medical
Center Hospital and holds privileges at St. Peter’s Hospital,
Albany Memorial Hospital, Samaritan Hospital and The Seton Health System.
