Jose M. David, M.D., FAAFP

Dr. David received his Medical Degree from the University of Philippines in Manila, Philippines in 1983. He completed his Internship at Philippine General Hospital, Quezon City, Philippines and his Residency at Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. Dr. David is Board Certified in Family Practice. He is an Associate Clinical Professor at Albany Medical College, a Teaching Consultant in the Department of Family Practice at St. Claire’s Hospital and an Associate Attending at St. Peter’s Hospital. He joined Prime Care Physicians, P.C. in 1997 and is in practice with Carol J. Burgess, M.D., Grahame W. Fitz, M.D., Charles A. Trout, M.D., and Wendy VanBellingham, M.D.in at 1444 Western Avenue Albany.
