Alan J. Fogel, MD

Originally from Queens, New York Dr. Fogel received his Medical Degree from Albany Medical College in 1980 and completed his Internship and Residency at the Albany Medical Center Hospital in Albany, New York. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Fogel is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Medicine at Albany Medical College, an Attending in the Department of Medicine at St. Peter’s Hospital and has privileges at Albany Memorial Hospital. He joined Prime Care Physicians in 1997 and is in practice with Michael E. Perazzelli, MD and John M. Bashant, D.O. at 105 Wolf Road in Albany, New York.
