From Buffalo, New York, Dr. Gardner received his Medical Degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1977. He completed his Internship and Residency at the Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Gardner is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
